Freewill or Fate

Well I believe you and Willamena were talking about the subjective experience and thought which ultimately decides belief in freewill or fate.
And yet I doubt experiences affect that stance anyway, since to make a conscious choice we must first have a thing which is outside the system in order to make the choice without first being subject to cause and effect, and I have yet to see evidence of a "soul".

Experience is an effect of life, wisdom is an effect of experience, though the "experiencer" may not always be the first to learn from his mistakes.

and I have yet to see evidence of a "soul".

Isn't writing it out evidence, isn't the thought of it "evidence"?

Try taking a more "symbolic" stance, I have found it to be pretty helpful ;)
