Don't use the narrative that all the ancient germanic people(such as the vikings and anglo-saxons) were white. It was put forth by the nazis and is completely false.
Dont glorify vikings is the way I see it. Why glorify and romanticize those who were a blight and curse on my ancestors, and the ancestors of many? Hopefully we don't glorify Nazis in a 1000 years.
And, by the way, viking was more of a profession of the Norse people, who were predominantly Scandinavian. Anglo-saxon is allegedly English, but that depends on location, there aren't that many "true" Anglo-Saxons there, and they tend to he Celt-Saxon. And the Anglo-Saxon thing is actually two distinct Germanic tribes, the Angles and the Saxons. And the European tribes were overwhelmingly white. Just a facet of evolution due to our ancestors evolving in a different climate.

Now I don't know a lot about history but I do know from reading a few books the Vandals had taken over some parts of Northern Africa before expanding over to Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.. I know that some Germanic people had influence in the Roman and Bynzantine empire which from my understanding were multiethnic groups. From what I gathered from reading a lot there were a number of Germanic tribes and they didn't have one unified culture or even the same language. They did do a lot of taking over and it would surprise me if all the places they took over were all white.Maybe the majority I don't know...but anyway none of that is really important...who cares what color people were in the past? Anyway that's not thepoint of this thread to get into an argument about germanic tribes and race but I would love for you to pm me as I've only just started researching this topic and want to know more about anicent germanic culture

Those are kingdoms after the fall of the Roman Empire, not Germanic tribes. The Germanic tribes extended through more of Central and up into Northern Europe.
Now, the interesting thing, we say Germanic today to describe a huge variety of people, people who themselves did not consider themselves Germanic or the same as those other peoples and tribes we today call Germanic.
Kind of like how we have always said "the Turks" to refer to the Ottoman Empire, even though many subjects of the Empire were not Turkish, and many Sultans and Princes likely had Greek mothers.
