Genesis contradictions?

You got it right, that's exactly what my Rebbi taught us. Adam wasn't born he was made by G-d atom by atom, chromosome by chromosome. A perfect body, with no genetic defects. As you'd expect, why would he do anything different? Why did he use homo sapiens as the prototype? That's the nature of the creation, the only thing G-d made from nothing was light.

But, of course you're going to attack this instead of realizing my post answers the OP's question, which was:

I refuse to attack a statement. I simply disagree on the basis of no corroboration.

And, of course, there is absolutely no way to corroborate such rubbish. Very good. But I also (and primarily) characterized it as "ignorant yet pompous arrogance." Take some time to read up on afarensis, a beautiful and highly successful hominid. Would you agree that our genes are 'better' than her's?

I don't believe any genes are "better" than others. I simply believe that certain genes are more well-suited to certain tasks than others.

But other than that... I've RARELY seen him engage in a debate. Most of the time, [Jayhawker Soule] either calls you stupid, or stays silent.
So tell me, Riverwolf, what did you find in Zardoz's nonsense that you believe debatable?

(And, while you're at it, would you mind referencing a post where I call the poster (as opposed to the position) "stupid" - certainly an easy task if I do so "most of the time.")

Is not the point of a debate to come to an understanding with each other?

We could debate as to where the Zardoz's Rabbi came up with the statement, and what evidence or justification he uses. It may be that this Rabbi does have something to corroborate it with, even if Zardoz doesn't.

Okay, point taken.

Maybe I'm curious as to where he came up with it.

im curious as to why Jayhawk is here. he is obviously WAY more intelligent than every other person here. what does he have to gain from talking to intellectual inferiors like us? and what does he contribute when all he ever has to say are insults?

You should not casually presume that everyone is at your level. I've found some very thoughtful and intellectually responsible people here.

and yet you still insult them? or maybe when you cant find anything to insult you just keep quiet?

you must do the opposite of that old saying "if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all"

I'm afraid that saying is rather misleading, as taking it literally can mean "don't ever criticize." Basically, either tell someone they did a good job, or keep silent. Therefore, improvement becomes impossible.

This saying is primarily directed at children who call other children names. For us adults, criticism is needed for improvement.

I've seen it.

I can't remember where, at the moment, but there was a bit where he posted up a picture of a mother bear cuddling her cub(or something along those lines) in response to something Painted Wolf said.
