My new job got me used to staying up till 8 in the morning very easily. Not a problem, except I'm laid off, and can't sleep until very late, thus am tired throughout the day, and sleep through decent hours to look for a job.
Can anyone give any advice on falling asleep, besides counting sheep or taking sleep aids? I'm running out of my strong alcoholic (almost pure alcohol) beverages that for some reason help me sleep. Not pass out, but go into a deep sleep.
Or would anyone know if a doctor would prescribe a sleep aid to help readjust ones sleep cycle due to a life style change?
