I think she is rather blind. As a feminist I think its more important to elect the actual feminist. Tits and a vagina doesn't mean that you will make laws that will better the country for women. Having a history of proposing and voting for things to help women makes you the best vote for feminist.

Any feminist that votes for Hillary so that we can have our first female president needs to turn in their feminist cards because they are doing it wrong.

EDIT: Not to say anyone that votes for Hillary isn't a feminist. But if the reason for voting for Hillary is because she is a woman they are doing it wrong.

Thankful for their contributions (seriously), but Gloria can kiss my intersectional feminist little *** for being so out of touch, for "punching down", and for continuing the disparagement between second and third wave feminism by utilizing these tactics of "if you're not good little girls, mama going to send you to your rooms and take away your feminist cards for a week."

Yes, because young women can't have thoughts on their own without the help of a man. It's really quite insulting and I saw lots of people were pissed off at those comments. And Albright's "special place in hell" too.

Oh dear lord yes. I can't tell you how many times over the yrs I've been told I'm going to get more conservative as I get older. Well, I'm 33 so I'm still on the younger side but I've only gotten more left wing over the years. It's trying to guilt people and emotional black mail and it's really low and pathetic though I'm not surprised. Remember 2008 with Obama.

Yes. She was asked about the sanctions where lots of people couldn't get medicine and that included a lot of young children. Including a lot of little girls who never got the chance to become young women and to achieve goals/dreams.

We'd love to give Steinem, Albright, and Hillary some pushback and yet we STILL are considered unnecessary.

Haters gonna hate. Btw, Albright doubling down shows why third wave pushback is so important.

That's pretty much how I've been. I was very conservative in my teens, and I've only moved further-and-further to the left as I've gotten older.
But really, even the blind can see that there are plenty of old people who stand on the left-side of the political/social/economic spectrum.

Lmao exactly. When I was a teenager I was definitely more Christian conservative but as I got more into my later teen yrs/early 20's and got more into voting I started trying to educate myself about politics. And took some classes in political science in college and studied different systems and well I found myself being a Marxist-Leninist at 33 lol. Who knows what the future may tell but, for now, I'm pretty happy where I am. And uh yeah how do you explain Bernie Sanders? Lmao.

Yes, and I am one of them, coming from a Republican family, considering myself to be a Republican, but then seeing the errors of my ways. :cool:

I can't even say Hillary supports her fellow woman. I remember listening to those tapes of her when she was defending a guy accused of raping a young girl in court (IIRC it was as a favour of some sort), and she admitted she herself thought he was guilty: roughly "he passed a lie detector test, which shattered all my faith in those tests being accurate *laughs*).

With Clinton, there seems to be a condescending attitude of "vote for me, I represent you best because I have a vagina".
