In reading these Scriptures it seems Jesus said the old Prohpets did not know him or God. Do you think this meant they did not know the true God since they might have still practiced animal sacrafice or they did not know God since they were actually worshipping Yaldaboath. Because I do believe that some current peoples do worship the deciever when they actually think they are worshipping God and following Jesus.

Which book are you referring to specifically?

Some Gnostic scriptures were written by the Sethians and Cainites who were not at all affiliated with the original Gnostics, so the Theology changes drastically depending on what group the books originates.
