I would go back with a portable DVD player and Monty Python's Life of Brian, and see if I can find Brian.

Well, where else would he go to?
Dunno.
Don't really care.
I am, however, interested in why he was in the garden to begin with.
I have heard tell that God sent him in to test Eve.
I have heard that he acted on his own accord.
Of course, I would ask God why He allowed the serpent in, but thus far I have not gotten an answer.

If you could go back in time and ask 1 question to any religious figure who would that be and what would you ask?

(Frubals for interesting answers)

I'd say to Judas Iscariot, "Look mate, I'm from the future and I know how important is the task that you're about to perform. I know from Acts 2: 23, (that's a book as far as you're concerned hasn't been written yet,) but anyway, like I said, Acts 2: 23, states that in accordance with his own plan God had already decided that Jesus would be handed over to the Jews, who would kill him by letting the Romans crucify him. So If you haven't got the intestinal fortitude to do the job, then can I do it for you?

Why, did he write it?

Not too many Jews in those days did not believe that the scriptures were correct, and the man said that he would ask Jesus if the bible was correct. Now there were many, many, many men, walking around at that time by the name Jesus, so which of all those men by the name Jesus do you think that this man is referring to?

I would not dictate that you know which Jesus it is that he is referring to, but I do, and I already know the answer that he would receive from that Jesus, but he doesn't believe anything I say, so if he chooses to descend through time to ask that question of the Biblical Jesus, and waste his time in so doing, then let him.

Friend +xhausted,

Go back in time and ask...

TWo dimension to your question.
1. You are asking *ME*; am yet to know who am * I *?
Next you ask to go back in *TIME*.
LIFE is HERE-NOW only the MIND goes back to past/future not LIFE.
Both counts am unable to ACT.

Oh come on mate, dont sit there sighing, I thought that you wanted people to pick your post apart, so let's look at what you said and break it apart.

1. If you believed that the man Jesus is a God as the majority of R.C.C's and her daughter denominations do, and you have said that you acknowledge that all gods exist, then you dont have to go back in time, you can ask him here and now.

2. Knowing that you acknowledge that the God of the R.C.C. does exist and If you don't really believe that you have the faith required to be able to communicate with the god Jesus, and have decided that the only way your question can be answered, is to descend through time and ask the man Jesus, who God is said in the New Testament to have risen from death, then the New Testament will not have been written, and as I said, you can rest assured, that the Biblical man Jesus will tell you that the Bible of his day is correct, and if He doesn't, then he not the Biblical Jesus.
