God and animals?

According to christianity I don't think that anything happens to animals as they 'have no soul'.
Almost every other religion claims that animals do have souls. I am not sure what teh Jews and Muslims believe but Eastern religions tend to teach that all living things have (or are) souls who progress through existance through reincarnation until they eventually reach enlightenment...which can mean a number of things.

It is told in the OT that soul is blood. All animals have blood.

creation story
noah's arc
jesus riding a donkey
etc

Well, it depends on where you look in the bible. At least one writer states that Jesus rode 2 donkies (apparently) at the same time. Just imagine Jesus riding/balancing on both animal at the same time:confused:

Levites 17:11 for example.

All it say is:
For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life.

That doesn't mean they're talking about the soul. You're going to have to do better then that. What Version might say it's the soul of the animal.
The closest might be the KJV:
For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

And even then it's talking about the Human soul.

So I sorry try again.

It's in the RSB. It says "the soul of the flesh is in the blood..."

We cannot know for sure that the great flood really happened. But various cultures have that part of great disaster in their history. And what is even more interesting is that those cultures are from different places on our planet. So, a great eathquake would occur with a chain reaction.

But it is just a theory.

Does Bible give an exact answer on this question?

Were animals created for people or are rights of animals equal to those of humankind?

I never said I was. But when you make assumptions then to back them up you only use a translation that fit what you are saying instead of the closest original meaning, well.
Anyway. God killed animals because of their sins or He just don't care about them at all.

Or it's just a made up story that never happen and god had nothing to do with it.

Yeah. I was wondering about that story of Noah´s Ark. A pair of dogs, elephants, goats, sheep. What if one of them died. When we will not assume God´s mercy above them.

First of all not every culture has that story about the flood. Secondly there are many cultures with flat Earth etc. So it's not relevant.
