God wants to be eaten

Can you find me a passage in the whole Quran saying of Muhammen something like what Jesus spoke?
I cannot find such in my limited reading of the Quran, anything like this John 6. Maybe you can.

Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you do not have life within yourselves.

He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up in the last day.

For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink.

He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me and I in him. (John 6:53-56)
It's in the concept of RISQALLAH (sustenance of God).

I did not create the jinn and the humans except that they may worship Me. | Adh-Dhaariyat : 56

I desire no provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. | Adh-Dhaariyat : 57

Indeed it is Allah who is the All-provider, Powerful and All-strong. | Adh-Dhaariyat : 58

This shows Worship of God is about receiving strength and sustenance from Him. We can't give to God, but rather we receive and benefit from God.

I'll keep an eye out for that. I see you provided some references above.

Jesus said He came DOWN from heaven to be eaten.
For the bread of God is He who comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world. (John 6:33)

This means He is God come down from heaven by way of INCARNATION.
Not by ladder or helicopter did God "come down" but by incarnating Himself as a man. Who else ever said that?

For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will but the will of Him who sent Me. (v.38)

His will is that we "eat" Him. That's why He said He is "the bread of life".
In fact it is revolutionary that the WORK that God wants man to really do is to EAT Him.
That is eat the bread which is the uncreated and eternal life of God.

Work not for the food which perishes, but for the food which abides unto eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you; for Him has the Father, even God, sealed. (John 6:27)

All the physical food we eat is only a shadow of the real food of Christ.
He is that reality of all food gives eternal life to those who take Him in.

So since He is the reality of all shadows of physical food He calls Himself
"the TRUE bread."
Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Moses has not given you the bread out of heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread out of heaven (v.32)

This shows Worship of God is about receiving strength and sustenance from Him. We can't give to God, but rather we receive and benefit from God.
The Bible goes beyond the concept here that God needs nothing.
For His eternal purpose to dispense His life into man He needs man to receive Him.

In other words, the eating of God in the Bible is not solely for the hunger of man.
The satisfying of the hunger of man is half of the matter. The infusing of man with God to be His constitution accomplishes God's
will to mingle, unite, and blend with humanity.

What does this union, blending, and mingling look like? It looks like the Son of God.
So God became a man who lived by the indwelling Father.
And in turn by eating Christ man in turn lives by the Son - Christ.

As the living Father has sent Me and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also shall live because of Me. (John 6:57)

So on one hand the all-sufficient God needs nothing.
But on the other hand the all-sufficient divine Person looks to entre into His creature man to incorporate God within man.

God wants to be taken in, ingested, eaten, digeested, and become our constitution that the Divine might be expressed in the created.

We can't give to God, but rather we receive and benefit from God.
I can first receive the benefit of eternal redemption from sin in Christ.
That opens the way to give to Him all the inward parts of my heart that He may make His home in me.

That Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith, that you, being rooted and grounded in love, (Eph. 3:17)

You see? The triune God desires a home, a home in the human hearts. It is there He would come and settle down.
No doubt this is a benefit to the forgiven sinner. It results in eternal life, divine life, not only everlasting in time but eternal in
quality.

The real worship is to daily, and even moment by moment open ourselves to Christ and "eat" Him to live by Him.
This worship is not merely knowing in which hour to kneel down and pray.
This is the worship of our walking in Him, living in Him, working in Him, resting in Him, singing, praising, fellowshipping with Him.
This is the worship of resting in Him and drawing Him up into every part of our mind, emotion, and will.

The real worship of God is the absorbing of His life as the Spirit He is.
"He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit" (1 Cor. 6:17)

There are these verses linking purpose of daily prayers (Salah) to the notion of Risqallah.

فَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا ۖ وَمِنْ آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَىٰ | So be patient with what they say, and celebrate the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before the sunset, and glorify Him in watches of the night and at the day’s ends, that you may be pleased. | Taa-Haa : 130
وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَاجًا مِنْهُمْ زَهْرَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا لِنَفْتِنَهُمْ فِيهِ ۚ وَرِزْقُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ | And do not extend your glance toward what We have provided certain groups of them as a glitter of the life of this world, so that We may test them thereby and the sustenance of your Lord is better and more lasting. | Taa-Haa : 131
وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ | And bid your family to prayer and be steadfast in maintaining it. We do not ask any sustenance of you: it is We who provide for you, and to Godwariness belongs the ultimate outcome [in the Hereafter]. | Taa-Haa : 132

Also linked with this is that Prophet (s) doesn't really benefit from being famous or having power on people, when God's sustenance is much greater value to him:

أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ | Or do you ask a recompense from them? Your Lord’s recompense is better, and He is the best of providers. | Al-Muminoon : 72

And this verse shows the sustenance of God is that which is with God:

فَمَا أُوتِيتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَمَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ | Whatever you have been given are the wares of the life of this world, but what is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who have faith and who put their trust in their Lord | Ash-Shura : 36

And it's also connected with the heavenly realm:

وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ | By the sky/heaven full of ways | Adh-Dhaariyat : 7

And in the sky/heaven is your provision and what you are promised. | Adh-Dhaariyat : 22

And said else where:

وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَابًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَظَلُّوا فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَ | And had we opened them a gate of the sky/heaven, so that they could go on ascending through it, | Al-Hijr : 14

لَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتْ أَبْصَارُنَا بَلْ نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ مَسْحُورُونَ | they would surely say, ‘Our visions has been intoxicated; rather, we are a bewitched lot.’ | Al-Hijr : 15

Certainly We have made in the sky mansions and adorned them for the onlookers, | Al-Hijr : 16

وَحَفِظْنَاهَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ رَجِيمٍ | and We have guarded it from every outcast Satan, | Al-Hijr : 17

إِلَّا مَنِ اسْتَرَقَ السَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ مُبِينٌ | except someone who may eavesdrop, whereat there pursues him a manifest flame. | Al-Hijr : 18

And said:

وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِلشَّيَاطِينِ ۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ | And we have certainly adorned the heaven/sky of this world with lamps, and made them [the means of pelting] missiles against the devils, and We have prepared for them a punishment of the Blaze. | Al-Mulk : 5

And of course, the guide of time is link between this reality and lower realms:

وَإِنْ كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكَ إِعْرَاضُهُمْ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَبْتَغِيَ نَفَقًا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَوْ سُلَّمًا فِي السَّمَاءِ فَتَأْتِيَهُمْ بِآيَةٍ ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلَى الْهُدَىٰ ۚ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ | And should their aversion be hard on you, find, if you can, a tunnel into the ground, or a ladder into sky, that you may bring them a sign and had Allah wished, He would have brought them together on guidance. So do not be one of the ignorant. | Al-An'aam : 35

وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ۗ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُنْذِرٌ ۖ وَلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ | The faithless say, ‘Why has not some sign been sent down to him from his Lord?’ You are only a warner, and there is a guide for every people. | Ar-Ra'd : 7

وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّمَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ | Do not sell Allah’s covenants for a paltry gain. Indeed, what is with Allah is better for you, should you know. | An-Nahl : 95

مَا عِنْدَكُمْ يَنْفَدُ ۖ وَمَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ بَاقٍ ۗ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّ الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ | That which is with you will be spent [and gone], but what is with Allah shall last, and We will surely pay the patient their reward by the best of what they used to do. | An-Nahl : 96

Connected to that is the light:

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الصِّدِّيقُونَ ۖ وَالشُّهَدَاءُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ وَنُورُهُمْ ۖ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ | Those who have faith in Allah and His apostles—it is they who are the truthful and witnesses with their Lord; they shall have their reward and their light. But as for those who are faithless and deny Our signs, they shall be the inmates of hell. | Al-Hadid : 19

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ رُوحًا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا ۚ مَا كُنْتَ تَدْرِي مَا الْكِتَابُ وَلَا الْإِيمَانُ وَلَٰكِنْ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُورًا نَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ نَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ۚ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَهْدِي إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ | Thus have We revealed to you a Spirit of Our command. You did not know what the Book is, nor what is faith; but We made it a light that We may guide by its means whomever We wish of Our servants and indeed, you guide to a straight path, | Ash-Shura : 52

And said:

The parable of His Light is a niche wherein is a lamp—the lamp is in a glass, the glass as it were a glittering star—lit from a blessed olive tree, neither eastern nor western, whose oil almost lights up, though fire should not touch it. Light upon light. Allah guides to His Light whomever He wishes. Allah draws parables for mankind, and Allah has knowledge of all things. | An-Noor : 35

God wants to be taken in not just objectively worshipped.
God wants to be received that God may dispense Himself into us to be our eternal life and daily living.

When Jesus spoke about the eating of His flesh and the drinking of His blood this was
God Himself speaking out from His being incarnated as a man.

To receive God into us we must receive His incarnation as "the bread of life" through Jesus.
To believe in Christ is to OPEN our being to believe INTO Christ and Him INTO us as "food".
This is for our feasting with Him and His feasting with us.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
then I will come in to him and dine with him and he with Me. (Rev. 3:20)

Do you know why the plural pronoun is used?
I mean who is "We"?
وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ | And bid your family to prayer and be steadfast in maintaining it. I read all this. I can see that you derive religious sustenance by these sayings.
Moslems do not believe receiving Christ into our being is receiving God Himself.

I'll be writing about receiving more than instruction, law of behaviors, encouragement, sacred duty and such but receiving God as life.
This receiving the Son of God speaks of in John's Gospel chapter six.
There is nothing else uttered like this in all history. Nothing has a man ever said equivalent to Jesus saying
we must eat His flesh and drink His blood or we do not have [zoe] divine life within us.

The Jews then contended with one another, saying, How can this man give us His flesh to eat?
Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you do not have life within yourselves. (John 6:62,63)

The Jews were very religious. But this caused many to turn away from Jesus. Here was a man whose family they knew.
How then could He say that He came down from heaven to give Himself to feed the world?

They did not have the revelation that He came down by way of incarnation of God to be a man.

JAnd they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How does He now say, I have come down out of heaven? Jesus answered and said to them, Do not murmur among yourselves.
No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up in the last day. (John 6:52,53)

I can share hadiths about this issue, but there is a relationship of the leader chosen by God and believers per hadiths. Also, keep in mind "the from me" reality that Ibrahim (a) talked about in regards to his followers and Talut (a) to those who would stay true to God
