i am going to see a friend play at a luthern church and was wondering if there was anything i should know... and do and don't do...

Isn't there a Liberal and Conservative split in the Lutherans theologically wise (gay issues etc) in America?

Lutherans, in my experience, are quite relaxed and easy-going folks. You'll be fine.
