Um... it's their company, in things like this they can do pretty much whatever they please.
Exit question: How utterly insecure in ones faith does one have to be to be bothered by something like this?

aren't all faiths that try to impose their view on other people insecure at their core?
you know that slightly difference between "hey you got to hear about my god he is amazing" and "hey you got to believe in my god or i will kill you"

That is why I phrased my comment as I did - for its universal application.

"slightly difference".... errr, ummm, what? Maybe I'm just being my usual intolerant self, but I think the difference is a rather bit greater than "slightly", though I am quite sure that some low information types might find your keen observation somewhat compelling.

I read his comment as being tongue-in-cheek...as in he was agreeing with you. Perhaps I was wrong.

It was fairly incoherent but I'm willing to agree if read in that light. I read it a couple of times though... If it was a case of poor phrasing, I'm willing to let it go.

On top of google i see the ape and human image. Why is Google forcing evolution to non-atheists?

Evolution isn't a religion any more than gravitational theory is a religion.
Oh, really?
http://www.theonion.com/article/evangelical-scientists-refute-gravity-with-new-int-1778
KANSAS CITY, KS—As the debate over the teaching of evolution in public schools continues, a new controversy over the science curriculum arose Monday in this embattled Midwestern state. Scientists from the Evangelical Center For Faith-Based Reasoning are now asserting that the long-held "theory of gravity" is flawed, and they have responded to it with a new theory of Intelligent Falling.

I tought it was pretty clear than one can't be serious when using the term "slightly" to show the difference between talking and killing but i keep forgetting how much irony is hard to get on a forum

Whaaaaaa.... gravitational theory isn't a religion? Then why does all the apple sacrifices I've made in the past works to please Gravaton to continue pulling us to Earth? If I stop sacrificing to him, you won't have gravity anymore, buddy.
Shows what you know. He's into pears now. ;) He told me last night while I was sleeping.

Fair enough. The problem with new folks on an Interweb Forum is that it is often difficult to determine if one is being serious. My apologies for misunderstanding.

well actually easter and christmas celebrated the way google portray them are pretty pagan traditions :D
But thinking that evolution is atheistic isn't off the wall ignorant. In any case, Servant of the One's resentment of Googles image comes off more as a poe than anything.
