I've got an SG, and an old Les Paul replica that I love dearly.

My amp's dead unfortunately.

As for other equipment I use a cheap stomp box for distortion and none of those smart-arse effects for me (although I like wah).

It's all a bit gritty but it hides my vocals.

What kind of stuff do you play Novo?

Impressive, Carrdero. I like Ovations, but I'm not familiar with an Epiphone "Les Paul." I know Les Pauls as high end Gibson models.

Epiphone is Gibson's "cousin". It is an affordable substitute to the more finely crafted Gibsons. It plays well and handles nice and even sleeps in a Gibson guitar case. At the time I was in a band and needed the Les Paul sound for certain sets.

The difference in sound isn't huge either, or at least fails to justify paying around five times more.
