If I recall, the State Constitution required all changes to the election laws to be passed by the State Legislature. But with that state election in the middle of a DNC run COVID shutdown, the DNC gamed that State system, and made changes in voting that ignored the State Constitution, making the vote unlawful by State law. The DNC needed to quickly certify the vote, as fast as possible, to avoid Legal challenges. Once in power, Biden could use the rigged US Federal injustice system, and run out the clock. They had a crooked AG, Garland, so the case was never prosecuted. If you do not catch the shoplifter, because his buddies are blocking the door, that makes his theft a fair purchase according to the Swamp and DNC.
This election cycle such cheats have been contained by the RNC. Although California just got rid of needing to provide voter ID to vote. This tells me the DNC is planning to use a California cheat, by bulking up the popular vote, so they can use that as propaganda, after Trump wins by the electoral college. I do not think the Democrats have much faith in Harris winning. They are already setting interference scams in motion to support their next and recycled disinformation scams.
