Gunman opens fire during school board meeting.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — A gunman calmly walked to a podium, spray painted a red "V" with a circle around it on a wall and opened fire at school board members Tuesday, sending people scrambling and diving for cover. A security guard soon ran in, exchanged shots with and wounded the man who then killed himself, police said.

I'm withholding comment until I think on this some more. There are already videos up of the entire incident on youtube. I'd link but I'm not sure if the site rules allow it. Regardless, they aren't hard to find.

I can`t believe he missed multiple shots at such close range.

Seems the school board members are very slow moving when fired upon as well.

Extremely lucky for everyone.
