At my school (keep in mind this is the northern tip of the Bible Belt), there is some event, or workshop, lecture, or whatever it is/was provided by student activities, that is addressing the question of if Halloween is the Devil's holiday.
Hopefully someday I'll be where there isn't a such an overwhelming load of stupid.

Those are two of the problems. Learning from movies and TV is dumb, but people do it anyways. And the people who state it is a Satanic holiday cannot support this claim with evidence, logic, or reason. If the only reason it's Satanic is because it was a pagan holiday, then we really need to start rethinking our holidays because many of them, including Christmas, would need to be rebranded as Satanic.Well, you know I think it could be an honest mistake as well. Much of the movies produced for this holiday, or pictures one just generally notices around, could lead someone to that conclusion.
Then there are the people who outright state it is satanic. If we're talking satanic nothing beats the imagry of Xmas though.

I know. And hopefully one day I'll be able to get away from it.Saint Nick=Satan-ic
Satan=Santa
But, regardless, that's true. It's called not doing any research. The thing is, people do say Halloween is satanic just because of it's 'imagry', this is sort of like 'satanic by default' I guess.
