So sense I brought up the Holliday topic what about Halloween? Do Christians celebrate anymore? My sister says Halloween is of the devil too. Id like to go to halloween party but dont have the energy this year.

So if your Christian what your beliefs or traditions on Halloween, do you go trick or treating?

I've never been. My family used to think it was really evil, so we didn't greet anyone at the door. More recently the family has decided to be more neighborly, but we don't triggertreat. We do pass out candy at the door. These are our neighbors.

Why do people think Halloween is evil? Maybe back in the day when people worshiped the dead and spirits, but it's all about candy today. What's wrong with that?

I'm with you on this. Halloween is just fun and candy to the vast majority of people. If we start analysing the distant past influence of all our holidays as a litmus test for whether or not we celebrate them, I'm afraid we may not have any left. So dress up like your favorite goblin, grab your candy bag and have fun. Age appropriate of course. :)
