It generally takes more time and effort to effectively spread misinformation than it does to actually correct it. That's why it's always a very clear indication of deliberate and malicious dishonesty when people make videos like this.
Well, either that or unbelievable stupidity.
I mean, it is a pretty remarkable act of stupidity to see someone's death certificate say they died four years before their granddaughter was born, despite pictures of the two of them together when the granddaughter was a teenager, and go:
"Clearly, this is absolute proof that Kamala Harris is lying about who her grandparents were, and these pictures are a false narrative used by THE LEFT to try and deceive people into thinking that Kamala Harris is 'more black' than she actually is!"
Rather than:
"Oh, it's the wrong person."
Today's political right: truly savants among logic leapers.

But debunking it would mean watching it, & then responding.
That's a lot of work, especially when it would have no effect.

It's certainly faster to spread, but to create content like the OP video rather than just checking the sources definitely takes more effort than a basic google of death certificates at least.
