Just watched this a cpl days ago.

I thought it started out great: incredible scenery, interesting and original premise, decent cast.

Unfortunately, IMO, the whole thing devolved into a pre-Colombian version of Predator.

The Vikings are portrayed as pseudo-human: more like the Orcs from LOTR.

And towards the end the action scenes just got silly.

I agree the vikings were exaggerated,I think the indians would have put up a better fight also.

Keep meaning to watch this one. As long as it's better than the last Viking movie I saw which was Valhalla Rising.

I haven't seen that movie but as everybody here is saying that it’s a good movie then I'll surely watch that movie.
