Has There Ever Been a Study

On the sound of breaking glass and primates? I haven't found any but I found the studies of whether they choose cocaine over food and sex interesting.

..What does breaking glass have to do with primates?

My subjective observation experiences in the real world tells me it might be worth further study but those subjective experiences when revealed do not seem to pan out very well in the virtual world, words like liar, lies, full of s**t etc. are common charges. I learned early on (pre-Internet) that people seem only to accept as truth those things that they can wrap their mind around according to their own experiences which I formed into the idea of the snowglobe of the mind complete with the curved limitations of it. I could tell a complete truth and it would be said to be a lie by those types but if I tell a lie that I think might be within the understandings of the curved limitations of their particular "snowglobe of the mind" then it would invariably be accepted as mostly truth- It's a very strange world we live in.

..wait.

What does that have to do with the study of the sound of breaking glass as experienced by primates?

So you are looking for the core reason within the snowglobe of your mind for why I created this thread?
You're starting to sound like you're on a high-horse.

I'm asking what purpose such a study(the effects of glass breaking when heard by primates) has. What are you looking to know? If it's simply "I think it'd be interesting to find out" that's fine. But I'm confused as to why you brought these two pieces together(breaking glass and primates).

If I am beyond your level of understanding then call friends to help knock me off of it, I welcome the challenge, hopefully it will be more interesting than any previous attempts. I would say you are trying to knock this thread off course but the O.P remains the same, keep it on track please.

The hell, man? I'm just trying to figure out why you asked the question you did.
