Having an emphases on which trad you belong to is bull IMO. It doesnt matter what trad you are, or even if you have been initiated into a coven. There are plenty of people who happily practice by themselves or in a loose/open coven. I dont know much about Canadian pagans, but have you tried Witchvox?

Hi, Nisou! :) I've always practiced solitary, but I've come to think that was part of the problem. Feeling disconnected, and needing a sense of community.

I might just PM you if I have a particular question, if you don't mind...I have been on witchvox, and haven't had much luck...I think Paganism gets pretty tough to define once you take poly-theism out of the equation.
