I'll give a 'No' answer as I don't think that statement makes sense. The astral plane is a plane of nature beyond our familiar three-dimensions. Our mind is our thinking abilities and is not a place to astral project to.Have your ever heard someone say they can astral project into their own mind?

In vedanta, the astral body (some call it the subtle body) IS the psyche/mind.
The mind cannot astral project into the mind. That would be ridiculous.

Like I say to skeptics who don't believe the paranormal is real, "seeing is believing." I'm a firm believer in it because I've seen it happen time and time again during a paranormal investigation. All I do is present the evidence and let other people decide for themselves.
