Help! I'm in the well! What's that, Lassie? Tomato fell in the well?

Hi Tomato,
While writing that, I remembered my malay friend's usual greeting, "Are you in the well?". This the translation of the malay greeting "Adakah kamu dalam baik?" (ie "Are you in good health?" or "Are you feeling good/ok/fine?"). So i thought of giving it a try here.

(my usual reply to him is, "I'm in the perigi." (perigi is malay for well - ie the one Lassie fell into)

Its just a joke (hope it doesn't fall too flat)

and thanks Odion and The_Evelyonian.

btw, how do i put in a username picture? I got a transparent head fish photo but don't know how to put it under my posts' username

Greetings!
I know some JWs, but you're the first "almost JW".
There must be a good story behind that.

Greetings!
I know some JWs, but you're the first "almost JW".
There must be a good story behind that.

Once upon a time (a true story) a Jehovah Witness came a knocking at my door (gate actually). He was preaching christianity. I told him, "Brother, we are the same. I'm already a christian. He said,"Do you know what the Bible actually teaches?". I said yes. And so the bible study began. What an eye opener! My long cherished concept of Trinity was thrown out. Concept of Jesus as God was thrown out.etc. I went to their Kingdom Hall to find out more. Everything was jolly good. I swallowed everything hook, line, and sinker. Until when it came to the part of "No blood transfusion allowed." thats when i balked.

So now, i'm stuck. I can't go back to my old beliefs (protestant - Brethren) and i can't wholeheartedly join in with the JWs. I am now a church of one.

ps - i did have the opportunity to try a haggis on a visit to Scotland. It was delicious!

Firstly, Hi people and thanks for the info.

You also need some frubals (I will get you started on that).

What's frubals? Some fur fuzzy balls that admirers give posters to signify love?

Anyhoos, thanks for that. But how do i see frubals and how many do i need? How do i give them?

thanks and cheers!

Unfortunately, we've had some software problems with the frubal system lately, and that impacts your signature ability. One of the requirements is at least 6,000 frubals, and at the moment, everyone's frubal power is set at 1 - which means it will be a long time before new people can create a signature.

However, we are working with the technical staff to resolve the issue and reduce the requirement. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.

Welcome to RF!

Since the JWs tend to avoid my whole hood at this time, I would also contend that an open mind is also prohibited... :D Welcome ;)
