Hello from Singapore

Hi, I am S.gal83 from Singapore. I used to be a christian for 7 years. However, I lost my faith in the christian god about a year ago. For one year, I believe in and pray to Satan. However, I also lost my faith in him a couple months ago.

Right now, I have no religions. I am open to any and every religion. I will like to explore more before I decide on a particular belief. I believe there is a god who creates this world, but I do not worship him. I do not believe he is good(moral) and cease praying to him.

Well, that is me.

Greetings

You believe in God but do not worship him. Do you feel negatively towards God or is there another reason why you choose not to worship him? Different people have different answers for this, you see, so I want to know yours.

Good luck on your journey to Ourd :)

I think God is immoral. That is, I do not believe God is good. Since he is not a good god, I see no point in worshipping him, although I believe in his existence.

welcome to the forums

a few questions;

how did you come to the conclusion that god is immoral, or not good.

and whats the point in believing in an immoral god that you can't be bothered to worship?

doesn't god and the satan sort of contradict each other?

you do know that the satan is a creation of god, so why worship it?

cheers.

EDIT: one more thing, you aren't 8 years old right?

I wonder ... what if this Creator/God is neither good or bad, moral or immoral? What is this metaphysical "IT" does not require worship? Such things may be little more than human perceptions. Maybe ther is "more" to God than the religions of the world teach. Perhaps that's why prayer's go unanawered, we don't understand what "God" really is ...

I am not eight years old.
I see miracles in my life and so I cannot make myself unbelieve in the existence of God, even when I now come to see him as immoral.
I worship Satan for a period of time, because I just think if God is immoral, his account of Satan might be bias and Satan might actually be good. I had come to change my mind of this view, now, though.

From what I read of the bible, he seems pretty immoral to me.
