One seizure does not indicate epilepsy, just as one case of sleep paralysis does not indicate any underlying medical problems.I know that's why explicitly mentioned it's probably not much to worry about unless it happens again. Now what if Frank has developed narcolepsy and we're all telling him not to worry about a major symptom of this disorder. Frank, unaware of his sleep disorder, falls asleep behind the wheel and takes out somebody in a fatal car crash, I bet he'd regret nobody warned him to get his medical condition checked out.
