Neither. The only chocolate I really enjoy is 80%-95% dark.
My chocolate must be minimum 75.5%.
The Eurostanian chocolate standard is far too low.
"White chocolate" is just sugar & grease.
In Europe Hersheys is designated as poop.Hersheys "chocolate" actually doesn't count as chocolate over this side of the Atlantic

I understand that in America they have much lower standards and the minimum requirement is only 10%
So in America it's chocolate, in Europe it's not chocolate

I'm not a fan of white chocolate but you can get it with a pretty decent cocoa level.First off, white chocolate isn't chocolate. It's not chocolate at all as it doesn't even have cocoa solids.
Second, I rank Hersheys down at the bottom for chocolate. I'd rather have Dove/Galaxy chocolate.
