First time here so i thought to introduce myself. I marked my religion to be Gnostic / Taoism probably in wrong order, but just two philosophies that have affected me most.

There seems to be many interesting topics in this forum so i am looking forward to talk with you. I used to be much more active in searching the truth, but then materialism got best of me for many years (dream job). Didn't really make me happy after all, so now i am picking up where i left off.

Can't help but to feel little bit like Thomas in Hymn of the Pearl except i never knew my heavenly home to begin with. :)

Across the spectrum really. I love how it seems to work as a bridge between Abrahamic religions and other world beliefs such as Buddhism, Hinduism etc. No salvation by faith alone, no simple black and white world view, no problem of evil. It affects me through reason and through my heart.

Welcome cmax!
Though I do not define myself, I do try to interpret what comes to me on my path through the wisdom of the Tao. I am also drawn to gnostic teachings for their practical values. What can I say? As you probably know, they just make sence!
I look forward to reading your posts.
