You can still use it to relieve any tension created by religious talk there tho. I personally move between the two to keep mental state balance.

Well thanks. It is not an understanding I ever created, but it is a common belief among Hindus of the Advaita and non-dual eastern schools. Advaita means non-dual (God and creation are not-two). Abrahamic religions are dualist (God and creation are two).

One has to be on the FB, but it is a pain in the neck. Too many unasked, unwanted things. Got to 'Elo' but have not made a beginning.

With strong will... and knowing how to manage FB's features haha, one can only enjoy what they want and skip what they don't like. Basically what affects the most on FB is the friends. Manage those and you're cool (mostly).
