I am starting a homework help thread.
Right now I am needing help with my programming logic class. If anyone has a very good understanding of structured flowcharts, please speak up.

I have five flowchart examples, and I have to indentify which ones are structured. I think there all structured. Ill get the exact charts up later. Im in class right now, and I it's not that class, so I don't have that book.

This class you just have to figure out a ton of flowcharts and psudeocodes. I've done lots of programming. I've just never heard of flowcharts before this class. IMO, flowcharts are a waste of time. Do a quick psudeocode draft, then start programing.

i like flowcharts

you can make them big and spread everything out, and then i can fit everythign in and see it all working

but then again, its because i have problems visualising things interworking in my head without seeing it on paper

flowcharts are great for some, stupid for others - what you do with it, you decide

My teacher in that class had to help me out quite abit tonight figuring out some graphic interface compiler. It was called Visual something. At first I thought "Wow. You can make a program now and only click a few buttons." Later, I became frustrated by it because it seemed more complicated. I told my teacher I would rather just load up wordpad and start typing the Basic codes.
So I might later be asking how to figure out that program.

As far as programming, I have a degree in programming, and love thinking like a computer. I'm not so good with flow charts. However when you need help coding, let me know.

I don't normally use HJT because unlike 90% of windows users I know when I have malware/trojans
and how to remove them. That's my home work, I do that work at home
