Hovering moon lamp!

I would love to have one too.

I love interesting lights, and have a couple of plazma globes, lava lamps, and a misting bowl with light - for meditation. The swirling mist is perfect for scrying.

This one looks a lot like my misting scrying bowl.

What is a misting scrying bowl? I'd not heard of it before :) Very pretty though, love your altar

You probably already know what scrying is, - divination of self, current, or future events based on visions seen looking (concentrating) into something.

The Bible says Joseph used a convex silver cup for such divination in Genesis 44.

Gen 44:2 And my convex silver cup, put in the sack's mouth of the youngest, and his corn money. And he did according to the word that Joseph had spoken.
Gen 44:5 Is not this it in which my lord drinketh, and whereby indeed he divineth? ye have done evil in so doing.
Gen 44:15 And Joseph said unto them, What deed is this that ye have done? know ye not that such a man as I can certainly divine?

I personally use my bowl for meditation. The swirling, changing, mist puts me into deep meditation quite quickly.

The bowl itself is a misting bowl - it builds and swirls a mist - or fog, in and around the bowl. You can see it best in post # 2.

There are all kinds. They are nice just sitting on a table, and they also add moisture back into the air if you live in a dry area.
