The idea, I thought, was for Britain to have more internal control over its economic growth. How is that going?

Well we seem to have found a way to stop it getting out of hand. :D

Business has been told we will NOT have alignment on product standards, so form filling will be required for all exports to the EU, to guarantee compliance with EU standards on individual shipments. How much this will slow down the cross-border exchange of components and sub-assemblies that is widespread in the automotive and aerospace industries remains to be seen.

But I read that some Tories are content to let the automotive industry die, because they think it does not have a future anyway. What we need to prepare for, it seems, is a huge round of "creative destruction" of these industries (and all the thousands of small suppliers who rely on their business), in order to clear the ground for the march to the new sunlit uplands, whatever they may be. Sounds fun.

By voting for a conservative mp in the last election it was apparent who would pm if they secured a majority vote, how did you vote on the commission.

I did not ask what is apparent. I asked when you last voted for a pm

You cannot answer because the answer will shoot you down

The EU could reform, get rid off the 5 presidents (yes it's 5) and the ridiculous parliament and gravy train meps, end free movement and be a trading block which wasn't a bad idea and instead invest in the poorer countries infrastructures instead of an over complicated mess that is the EU.

Corbyn was not in question so why move the goalposts?
You made a statement that fails uk parliamentary law, you did not vote for a pm despite saying you did. Honesty is the best policy
