So this is the nothing that science says exists.....prove it exists?Nothing.
Whatever...into what is it expanding?I heard that it was more of a expansion than an explosion ?.
Into itself.Whatever...into what is it expanding?
But you say that nothing is on the other side of the big bang expansion bubble, then it follows that the big band is expanding into nothing...Expanding into what Ben?
You do realise that writing 'expanding into non-spatial nothingness' would be easier to read if you write it ; "Not expanding into anything."?
Exactly. Well done. I knew we would get there eventually. But you say that nothing is on the other side of the big bang expansion bubble, then it follows that the big band is expanding into nothing...
The nothing science says exists? Sorry, but that is not a legible sentence. So this is the nothing that science says exists.....prove it exists?
You put explicit emphasis on non-verification, our definitions are pretty different.Just a more verbose way of explaining the same thing as the WordWeb dictionary ....a theory is merely an explanation that has passed peer review...but that does not mean it is true..
But what has this really got to do with the OP.....how did the big bang begin? So how about providing an explanation of how all the energy and mass of the universe come from nothing? And secondly, is big bang science able to prove the existence of nothing?
Then why did the big bang begin at all, and why is the big bang bubble expanding? What energy Ben? The sum total energy of the universe is zero.
No and we wish we knewCan science create the condition at time zero of the big bang expansion?
And where was all this big bang energy coming from?
But there are numerous big bang believers here that I have been debating the issue with, who say the science says there is nothing...a non-spacial nothing....if you want to jump on my side...go ahead...You put explicit emphasis on non-verification, our definitions are pretty different.
The OP asks what it expands into and in the title asks how could it explode, technically not directly asking how it began but how it could
The theory doesn't actually say there was "nothing".
Ahh.... a breath of fresh air....this is the magical rabbit out of the hat trick that needs to be answered....and it never will be because only nothing can come from nothing...No and we wish we knew
Why would it need a motive Ben? Why are you applying a motive to a cosmological event? How did that make sense to you? Then why did the big bang begin at all, and why is the big bang bubble expanding?
So how did all this universe emerge from nothing? The nothing science says exists? Sorry, but that is not a legible sentence.
Just write it; Nothing.
Well there was a rapid expansion Ben. Sort of a large explosion - a kind of big BANG!So how did all this universe emerge from nothing?
I happen to have one here my dear, dear friend. Is there such things as nothing ?.
Not a motive...but a technical reason....energy can't emerge from nothing by any known means....yet it supposedly did in big bang theory. So what is the reason/Why would it need a motive Ben? Why are you applying a motive to a cosmological event? How did that make sense to you?
What was the technical reason for it?Well there was a rapid expansion Ben. Sort of a large explosion - a kind of big BANG!
I'm universally neutral lol, it just poses that the universe came from a state of extremely high temperature and density, anything about nothing is inference. But there are numerous big bang believers here that I have been debating the issue with, who say the science says there is nothing...a non-spacial nothing....if you want to jump on my side...go ahead...
What energy Ben? I told you it was zero. You don't believe anything can come from nothing - neither do I so we agreed on zero energy right? Not a motive...but a technical reason....energy can't emerge from nothing by any known means....yet it supposedly did in big bang theory. So what is the reason/
