How do you compare Islamic Hadith with Bible

Ok, there are verses that are in the Quran like this:

“When the Earth with her quaking shall quake And the Earth shall cast forth her burdens…”
(Surih XCIX, "The Earthquake", vv. 1-2) [99:1-2]

I believe these verses represent the power of revelation of God in a symbolic langauage.

No it isn't symbolic at all,it is a scientific fact which described very clearly and in amazing way.

There are several scientific claims that were made by Allah Almighty:
1- Earthquakes do occur before volcanoes. Notice how Allah Almighty in the Noble Verses said that the earth will quake first and then it will eject its heavy loads.
2- After earthquakes, if volcanoes were to occur, they in turn cause for the earth to eject its heavy metals/rocks from its core.
3- The earth's athqal (heavy weights) are not located on the earth's surface, but rather in the deep core of the earth, and they can only be *naturally* brought out through a violent eruption (volcano): "and the earth then disgorges its charges (athqalaha)" (99:2).
4- When the entire earth quakes, all of its athqal (weights) will be brought out because 100s, if not even thousands, of volcanoes will simultaneously violently erupt.

For example we see in Quran
“If We had sent down this Qur'an upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and coming apart from fear of Allah . And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will give thought.” Quran 59:21

Everything is created by god and as you know that all things do glorify god,yes it is hard for us to believe that and even it is hard for the prophets themselves to understand it,but that is the message from the creator as it is and all things are basically consist of atoms and molecules.

Also in previous revelations, similar symbolic language is used in Quran. For example:
“Thus was it until our sentence came to pass, and the earth's surface boiled up. We said, "Carry into it one pair of every kind, and thy family, except him on whom sentence hath been passed, and those who have believed." But there believed not with him except a few. “(Surih XI, "Houd", v. 42) [11:42]

The verse is about Noah's flood and i don't see any symbols

The light is the symbol of guidance:
“And the earth shall shine with the light of her Lord.” (Zumar – 39:69)

And the trumpet is blown, and all who are in the heavens and all who are in the earth swoon away, save him whom Allah willeth. Then it is blown a second time, and behold them standing waiting! (39:68)

And the earth shineth with the light of her Lord, and the Book is set up, and the prophets and the witnesses are brought, and it is judged between them with truth, and they are not wronged. (39:69)

The verses are very clear talking about the end times.

In my view, the verses regarding Noah's flood are symbolic (Mutishabihat).

Yes, they are about the end times.
The trumpet was blown before too:

"And there was a blast on the trumpet,—lo! it is the threatened Day! And every soul is summoned to a reckoning,—with him an impeller and a witness." -Qur’an 50:20

Many of the translators of Quran, translated the above verse as "Trumpet will be blown", but if you refer to the actual Arabic verse, it is a past verb not future. So, I think many Translators made a mistake. The Trumpet in verse 50:20, in my view, is the symbolic representation of the revelation of Muhammad. But the other two that supposed to be blown, are two new revelations close to each other( the Mahdi and return of Christ)

Question- When the verse uses the past verb (there was a blast), why many of the Translation of Quran uses the future form (Will)?

The verse is predicting the scene as if it is happening at present time when there was blast on the trumpet and the next scenario.

There is no mistake in interpreting the verse, but if you would like the paradise to be on this earth, then no problem, keep dreaming :)
