I saw below video
Oh yeah, I remember that.
They’ve since reversed the ban. Facebook was using our news sources without any compensation to our journalists. So Zuckerburg bullied us by refusing to allow news (on Facebook) in Australia.
Big tech once again crying about free speech all the while actually concerned about their bottom line. Fb can jump off a cliff

I understand there is much fear in the past 12 month due to "C-nineteen fear mongering" of people in high places even. Bu I think that fear is in most humans in some form. And its easily triggered. For years governments triggered it with Russia/America war thread, now we have terrorism more visible. And above all, now with the internet, we get to see everything, whereas in the past we only saw maybe 1% of what we see now.

And another problem is that negative News seems to sell better, hence the journalists write fear inducing stories, as well as Hollywood etc.

So, we can conclude that people are quite masochistic choosing to read all this negative News. Maybe its a way to find a way for their fear of death.

The interesting thing is that both sides seem to have their own pet fears and their own version of cancel culture as a way of dealing with their fears.

Well they are private companies, no? And private companies can do as they please. Or so Americans keep telling me, anyway.

The funny thing about it is that it's mainly been liberals and progressives who have been at the forefront in defending these private companies in Big Tech. Yet, in most other situations, it's the conservatives zealously defending free enterprise, capitalism, and private property. When it comes to Big Tech, the liberals are the conservatives and the conservatives are the liberals.
