Ironically, the popular cosmology model commonly referred to as "The Big Bang Theory" was theorized first by a Belgian priest :yes: ,Monsignor Georges Henri Joseph Edouard Lemaitre, in an effort to understand how God formed the universe in the first three days of creation. He gave no time frame to it and simply followed his observations of the expanding universe. With the help of the work of Albert Einstein, he formulated the theory in its purest for. After he was finished in the 1930's, he held a conference and at the end of it he was applauded by Albert Einstein and it is said that he thought it was the most beautiful explanation of creation he had heard.

Correlations between the theory and the days of creation:
Void-singularity
"let there be light"-the initial expansion
"Separation of dark and light"-cooling and expansion of the universe passed its opaque form

In conclusion, even in their ignorance, whoever wrote Genesis seems to line up with modern cosmology models, granted Genesis isn't as detailed, it still follows the basic timeline.

the Big Bang theory is just used to describe the expansion of the universe not how it began although that is the ultimate goal of it. All theories in the scientific method are based upon factual information and then expanded through hypothesizing and analysis to complete a better model of it.

Just because a Christian made a scientific conclusion does not mean his religion is right.

Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman made a discover which resulted in the Raman Effect.

By this logic I will conclude that Hinduism is an accurate religion and the only truth.

You missed the entire point, and the last half of what I wrote. I am not saying a Christian found something so follow his religion. I am saying the modern cosmology lines up with the "mythical" days of creation. My point is Genesis 1 has more merit than many people believe it does.

A very curious fact about science v. religion is that many religious accepts Big Bang theory that comes from the scientific field, but many in the same group rejects when the same science talk about the age of the Universe, i.e. when Big Bang happened. Why reject with the left hand what they receive in the right? It's just silly.

Hello all!
I am new here,and I have question for you.
How god made the life? Bible says that god created life.
My question is-How?
What did god do?
He took elements,than made molecule,than organoids,than cell?
I think this question is interesting.
And fine to discuss.

In the begining, a long time ago
Before there was anything, everyone knows,
There was nothing but nothing
Yes, nothing at all
No big and no little
No short and no tall
No good and no evil
No black and no white
'til one day a voice shouted
"Let there be Light"!

And then there was light, for the whole world to be lit
And there was still nothing there,
But at least you could see it.

And now that the Voice could see IT's way clear
IT said, "Let there be 'Now', and Let there be 'Here'"!
And thus it was Time and Space came to exist
(quite a nice place for everything else on the list)

And as IT looked over IT's latest endevor
(Which started in Always and went on forever)
IT said, " Plenty of Space! Ah, yes, more than enough"
Then IT took a deep breath and said, "Let there be Stuff"!

And then there was stuff, all the stuff that could be
The Moon and the Mountains, the stars and the sea
The earth and the heavens, and everything else
And the Voice looked it over, quite pleased with ITself
And said, "Now Let there be stuff that has movement and feeling"!
And thus all the living stuff came into being.

And there it was everywhere; Life on the ground,
In the air and the oceans and there all around
And it moved and it felt and grew and it bloomed
And it saw and it smelt, and it knew (or presumed)

And it all came together in one sacred dance
To the tune of a muse that left nothing to chance.

And the Voice looked it over, but soon became bored
For IT said to ITself, "This could use something more...

"For it's all very nice, yes it's all very fine
But it's all so....predictable, time after time,
So what could I make, ah yes, let me see....
What would it take to surprise even Me?"

So the voice took a handful of dust from the ground
And a few odds and ends IT had lying around
And in one mighty breath of devine inspiration
IT created man in IT's imagination.
