Not overly, I tend to only buy things when I need them and try to keep my possessions to a minimum. I dislike spending money, probably as I have very little 
I do however have a fair few items of sentimental, rather than practical value.
My religious beliefs say nothing about materialism.

Can you give me some parameters to tell whether / how materialistic one is?

As I have aged I dislike buying stuff. About ten years ago I bought a handbag that now retails for just under a thousand pounds. I never use it. Now I buy pretty much nothing new except food. I wear charity shop clothing and shoes, my TV is about thirty years old. My phone is possibly the newest thing Inhave it's a Samsung note 1 the first one, still good and I've dropped it about a hundred times never smashed.
