Hmmmm...well, you got me there! I can see how in the possessive it would look funny. But, honestly, I've only ever seen it spelled with the apostrophe, at least when it's not possessive. To me, it looks strange without it!

I'd never say "all you all" lol. I do say "all yall" on occasion, and all possessive pronouns lack an apostrophe (thus making it so awful in its possessive form).

This would mean that Y`all is proper as long as you come from Jersey.

Diving isn't compatible with my faith, but If I were inclined that way, I sure would want a dive buddy of whom I would be certain that (s)he wouldn't think that I don't deserve to live. So, to me, the question appears perfectly neutral regarding possible future liasons of any kind.
