Don't flatter yourself. It's not a good look on you. This is not simply a "theological discussion" considering the category it's in as well as the thread title. This discussion centers around two opposing understandings of the origin and diversification of life. Evolution we have testable evidence for while creator gods we don't. What it boils down to is "Fact" verses "Faith....

Yes, we know you believe that and that I reject your belief. Do you have an actual argument to back up your belief that "God did it"? The theory of evolution makes perfect sense without bringing deities into it. Its workings require no miraculous interventions, nor is there any evidence that such interventions have occurred in the past.

We can include the "idea" of a creator god (there are SO MANY OF THEM)....but the idea breaks down quickly due to lack of evidence.
