No don't get me wrong I actually love Hank the only problem is he's making six figures and possesses real governmental power. I don't think such sessions are the place for making jokes personally. I think most people would agree at the time he actually wasn't joking and really believed Guam could tip over and capsize.

I find it pretty hard to imagine that anyone who is an adult thinks you could flip an island.

You can't be sure. There are politicians who have said stupider things.
Or you are arguing that, in the US, you vote for who has the best stand-up routine.
