I just got diagnosed COVID positive :mask::fearscream::dizzy:

Weakness, aches, pain, cough, fever, and will miss my root canal with dentist tomorrow.

Second cancel at this root canal procedure appointment at the last minute, where I tell them the morning I'm supposed to go about the no show. That ****** them off almost as much as a no call no show. When it happens more than once, they sometimes tell you to find someone else. I was threatened with that once

. Last time was a sudden unexpected ship to different treatment center over four hours away, so cancelled my root canal appointment the day it was scheduled.

I so needed this root canal. Have been waiting over a year for it. I fear it will get worse from the wait and need to be pulled.

I feel ill...much pain.:coldsweat::rage:disappointment!

That sucks.

I got tripled vaxxed and caught it like 6 months ago - was really nasty first couple of days then about of week of manageability. The first 24 hours or so was probably the most uncomfortable for me.

The good news is that you'll probably be more immune to it moving forward.

I feel tired, weak, congested, ill, cough, flem, fever, aches, pains, anxiety, discomfort in my skin, zombified sometimes and comparing it almost to cutting off of meth cold turkey in the degree of not feeling awake even when conscious.

A very dark, thick, exhausting, heavy, , burdensome, groggy, foggy, flu-like, bedridden need for sleep that never leaves one feeling replenished, a chronic fatigue that feels hopeless, joyless, impossible to function state of being not being awake (even when conscious), a total zombie.

Someone else in the house, another resident says he has been so sick it's been hard for him to walk much all weekend. I wonder if I got it from him.

I felt that surprisingly intense these past three or four days. I wondered, is it part of the brain healing from meth? Why so intense all of a sudden, after 70 days of sobriety?

COVID perhaps?

I hope you get better soon. The symptoms can be nasty, but hopefully rest and treatment help you recover as quickly as possible.

A lot of people I know have recently gotten sick too, and at least two of them had COVID. It seems to be a winter wave.

Best wishes for good health!

Take care, hope you feel better. I've been down with the crud this past week myself.

Having just returned from New York City with crowded subways and crowded diners, I woke up last night with a runny nose.
I’ve been feeling weak and a little lousy all day. Plus I’ve had a very runny nose, cough. and sneezing. Confirmed by antigen test before going to bed tonight … I am Covid positive. Yay! Damn New Yorkers!!

Here's wishing relatively minor symptoms for you. Boss and I had it about about 6 weeks back. Our symptoms varied some but it was brutal. She's completely over, but I have lingering cough. We've taken to more social distancing for sure.

Have a speedy recovery.
