I am stumped. There is a commercial for insurance and I don't know what it means. A couple had a perfect driving record until the man had an accident. The last part is what I don't get. She says, "nothing" and he says, "perfect". It can't mean what I think it means......so......what does it mean?

Bummer. I will tell you what I think it means. Then YOU can tell me that I am wrong. That is how it works here.
She says the word "nothing" echoing what they get from their insurance company. But I think she is mad at her erring husband so nothing really means he's not going to get some (till I don't know when). Then he says, "perfect". Why does he say that?
