Then if you ever work up the nerve to try it again, and without chocolate, I'll ask again :). I'm not likely to experiment independantly here. I will other things, but this is a bit more than I'm normally capable of doing...

Chicken. Actually they tasted sorta like chicken tenders. But crunchier.

Hah! The machines did get it wrong :).

Still, that's how I tend to respond when someone asks me how Rattlesnake tastes (minus the crunchy of course).

congradulations I got to try cricket in my collage Anthropology class. The teacher brought them from Mexico, where apparently they are seved spicy and as a snack in local resturants. (kinda like penuts or pretzels in bars.) Unfortunatly they wern't very fresh and had begun to get a bit 'off'.
I have an old cherokee recipe for 'yellow jacket/hornet soup' wich I'm courious about but thus far too much of a coward to try. ;)
