Islam is a religion best suited to the nature of mankind,
Why? Do you have any proof?

but instead provides a middle path;
But Buddhism is the Middle Path, and is over a thousand years older than Islam.

Religion by definition means commitment and an obligation to a master.
How do you come to that conclusion, and are you speaking etymologically or by implication? The English word for religion does not mean commitment and an obligation to a master (re-ligo; "I unite again" or "I reconnect".

If you are going by implication, it's still not correct. Not all religions have commitment surrender to a master as ideas in their faith.

but is the universal and eternal deen known through Prophets to every nation of people since the human race first began.
