I have a fever of 102

That is true for almost any medicine. Something that is effective will have negative results if one takes too much of it (except homeopathic medicine, I wonder why:rolleyes:). For me one dose of ibuprofen means that I am going to need my inhaler tells me to find something else. Acetaminophen does not have that effect on me.
Yes but there is a specific hazard of serious and irreversible liver damage if you take too much paracetamol (= acetaminophen).

Probably more of a risk for the very young. I go years without having any use for the drug. Also my aspirin/ibuprofen reaction did not exist when I was young. It was at least my later thirties when I discovered it. And a quick search shows the triad of my problems. The best "cure"? Avoid NSAID's in general:

Is that in the morning or the evening? If it's the morning it may well go up in the afternoon. Keep drinking lots, stay in bed and keep warm.
That was around 9am today. I will check it again later. Thank you for the advice. There is nothing else I want to do except stay in bed xD

That's a big improvement. Keep resting up...

Good idea to stay in anyways. Did you get a lot of overnight ice cover?
Yeah. There’s some snow on my sidewalk, maybe a couple inches. It’s gonna have to wait :p Sorry Mailman

We didn't get much for snow, just a solid covering of ice that was hard and crunchy(I went out on it barefoot a few times). It wasn't as bad as they made it out to be; I drove in it. I kinda like driving in winter weather advisories... everyone is off the road, and you can feel the elements of earth and sky in a way that's difficult to perceive amidst all the daily bustle(at least in an urban environment).

Its pretty today, with the sun shining off of the ice covered trees.

I am sure the mailman has walked in worse than a few inches... we have a vacant house next door that never shovels itself.

That does sound like a pleasant way to think about it.

That is true. I’m sure they will forgive me, I am usually good about it.

I hope that you or your family don't catch it @JustGeorge, considering you live nearby. Four of my coworkers had it, I suspect more have as well. There is certainly something nasty going around.
