I was active here back in 2011 but stopped posting and now I have returned.

I like all religions, and I separate the wrongs from each religion and embrace all that is right in each.

As such that makes me into the Shaman of my own religion and I like that.
Welcome back :)

Nice to meet you.
Shaman? Don't understand what that is. I hope you get well soon.:) (JOKE)
Shaman:
noun
1.
(especially among certain tribal peoples) a person who acts as intermediary between the natural and supernatural worlds, using magic to cure illness, foretell the future, control spiritual forces, etc.
Having any luck with the stock market?

I very much want to stay on your good side.
Well, one never knows huh?;)

Not that I'm superstitious y know.
Just because I once arrested a number of Gypsy women for bilking old people
out of large bucks. (imagine that will ya?)
I had her in a cell and she flopped our her large breast and squirted mothers milk
on me.
A person that knew that language interpreted what they said for us and explained
I'd better be careful as the woman's act is an extreme curse sure to be followed
by BAD LUCK! r.o.t.f.l.m.a.o.
:tonguewink:

I didn't believe it for a second. Just because I later was involved in 4 gun fights
had my back broken four times, both hands broken been hospitalized with injuries.
been divorced 3 times..............................
Nah, Curse had nothing to do with it.:shrug:

Know it all.

Shaman.
I thank you all for such a warm and inviting welcome here, and I really am touched by it.

I expected much more resistance and negativity, as the optimism does not work for me.

To "jeager106" ~ I am very careful as to throwing any curses at other people - to be sure that they deserve it first.

Ciao to you too Viole.

Yes there are female Shamans, and yet very few people are ever called a Shaman. They can be called Medicine Man (or woman) or Witch-Doctor, or called Priest, Sorcerer, Charmer, Diviner, Prophet (Prophetess), and it can have lots of applications.

I like the way I once heard it said by the Native American Indians who called Geronimo as a War-Shaman, in that Geronimo had some mystical power to make war and never get wounded or killed and even though he did at last surrender he never lost a battle.

The way I understand Shaman is when a person becomes their own spirititual and worldly master.
