Is it weird to just want to cuddle with somebody? I have always had this urge to just cuddle and hug somebody I love romantically. I am not interested in sex just the desire of intimacy.

I don't think of it as even slightly weird. It is probably nearly universal, we just don't always perceive it.
Nothing wrong with just wanting to cuddle. Cuddling is awesome
