I can't do that any more then I can pretend to believe that santa claus is real or that an invisible dragon is about to eat me.

Your "challenge" assumes that "belief" is like a free choice and not a compulsion based on being honestly convinced of something for whatever reason.

Actually, I'ld say that not only is it not difficult, it is in fact downright impossible to do.

When it comes to playing pretend, I have more confidence in most kids than in some adults. Unlike what some psychologists say, kids can distinguish reality from fiction. They don't eat the cake they baked from sand.

With all due respect, I don't see how anyone can 'pretend' that Christ is alive in their heart.
A person either feels that way or not ....
If they were only pretending that would mean that they did not really believe that Christ was alive in their heart.

I know that Jesus Christ is alive in my heart, and also in heaven, which is why I cry out to Jesus often, since I know that Jesus can intercede on my behalf.

I tried it for muc longer than a week (ca. 35 years ago), seemed to take an eternity, but finally it did work

"fake it till you make it" did work

Probably I was too good at faking, had to unlearn that first. Glad I tried though, wouldn't want to have missed out on it

Note: I didn't try with "Christian Christ" though, I did it with God.

But I did not do that. And yes, when you make such a claim you do need to show that was what someone did. You ignored the reasoning behind the upgrade and made a false claim about it.
