I think I might have found an answer in Sikhi, but feel like I'm flip-flo

Taken from "In my town Dera Baba Nanak, which literally mean “Monastery of Guru Nanak”, the most important thing is Shri Chola Sahib (SACRED CLOAK or ROBE ). It is not any ordinary one, but of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first spiritual leader of Sikhs and founder of Sikhism."

Howso, bhainji?

Zdravo!

It's a little difficult to explain, but I'll try. I always have believed in God, and was raised as a Christian, but for me personally, even when I was at my most practicing as a Christian it felt like I was probably as far away from God as it was possible to be. I was thirsty for some sort of real worship hence why I left the church- it had reached a point where I was deeply miserable.

Skip forward to about a year back and I'd looked at everything bar Sikhi and I was ready to throw in the towel. It was reaching the point where I was thinking 'does it even matter any more? One religion claims one thing, another claims the exact opposite? I'm trying to find something I'm not even 100% sure exists" and other similar thoughts.

Coming to Sikhi gave to me the answers I was looking for all that time. Listening to the kirtan music or reading Gurbani fills me with a happiness no other religion has given me. It has also meant I feel closer to God in a way I have never known.
