They are not afraid of anything to become Rich all you really need to do is make Money your priority in life as such they want to keep all they can.

Because, for some reason, they think they'll miss those pennies that they'll never be able to realistically use or need themselves.
The ones you are speaking of, those that enjoy feeling superior to others and want money without end are like "hungry ghosts" who can never be satisfied because they always want more and more.
There are of course some who have a knack for making money but also want to share it in various positive ways but these are not the ones insisting on being treated as "special" and above the "rabble".

Look at how this ultra rich one now makes everyone jump, deports people left and right despite his own family history and wife.
It is a power thing, they get drunk on power and want to kick others in the butt to feel how powerful they are. There is no fellow feeling, nor any respect for the ones they feel superior to who just try to earn a righteous living and have their daily needs covered.

I wouldn't mind paying taxes if I knew the money was going to be put to good use. Unfortunately I've no particular reason to believe that the government is going to use that money wisely.
So you think the members of congress are trustworthy? Because that's who decides were all that money goes. Me, I wouldn't trust them with a cat fart.

Fear drives people. I think that is a fact.

I think some rich people fear losing money so they need more even before what they have ever gets lost. I am not saying every person is driven by fear. I am not. Do you want to know why?

I’m not convinced that comes in directly when discussing tax policy or even when talking about us individually paying less tax. Most people truly struggling to pay for the basics won’t be paying much tax by definition anyway. There is legitimate fear around individual income and costs but I don’t think that’s a relevant factor here.
Even if fear was a factor for some people wanting to pay less tax that wouldn’t mean it has to be the factor for everyone. Rich people are just people with more money, they’re driven by the same basic emotions and irrational responses as everyone else. Wanting more stuff, regardless of what stuff you already have, is perfectly normal.
