Ideal government?

I've actually heard this sentiment before.
There are people who like the idea of being controlled.
It offers safety & security.

I know, I know...I just like saying it.

Actually, as you probably know, being controlled offers neither.

Hello. I will use it while I have it (by it I mean the limited freedom we have in the US) but would give it up (indeed my life) without hesitation if doing so would heal this world.

We need a one world socialist government ruled by an enlightened dictator. Unfortunately that will never happen.

I think I agree. One world government is a necessary step if humans are to progress.

A benevolent monarch, who is chosen as a child for suitability, and then raised to rule— I think that would be better than choosing someone who wants to rule every few years who may or may not have the qualifications.

Advisors are experts in the various fields.

The goal for such a government would be to provide basic needs for its citizens, protect them from natural disasters, progress human technological advancement, and to protect and preserve our environment.

Lol I had this conversation a while ago. Planet doesn't need saving, we do from ourselves. But my "solutions" would be easily called crimes against humanity.
