IDF rescues and treats wounded Syrian rebels

i am curious if it's about humanity , so why not all Syrian , why always just rebels ?
You have a kind heart.
It depends upon your world view I guess. Why treat and heal your enemy just so he
can come back and kill you?
It's a fair question.
( I would vote to rescue ALL and let the "enemy" decide what to do after that person
is healed up.)
During WWII we ( Allies ) treated and cared for plenty of enemy fighters.
I'm also sure many were executed or left to die.
Personally I could not let an injured enemy lay there and suffer.
Remember I'm a retired cop. I had to treat the men that tried to beat, maim, or
kill me with human respect and dignity and if need be take them for medical treatment
even though they already injured me.
I am permanently crippled now because a man broke my back in a fight.

Everyone who goes to the Zionists for medical help claims to be a rebel, fighting Assad and Daesh both.

The Zionists didn't claim that they helped rebels. They said that the people that they helped claimed to be rebels.

So no credit to Israel for healing some enemies, huh? If it's not curing all arabs, it doesn't count? How many are Arab countries healing?
in humanity is credit , but in politic it's not credit , because it's know that most of rebels are Jihadists so they may belong to Alnusrah .

Most of the border to Israel is held by Rebels and not by the Syrian Government. This reduces the chance of it happening.
And then there is the simple fact that since Syria declared war on Israel in the 40s the two countries have been at war. Which again reduces the chance of it happening.
so it's miracle that it's happened with rebels which they maybe most of them are non-syrian (Jihadists) ?!!!
it's weird how Israel make connection with the "rebels" put the trust in them !!

The Syrian Government holds a bit of the northern Border but most is in Rebel hand.
At the same time the Syrian Government has a corridor to Damascus to which wounded can be taken while the Rebels are pretty much closed in from the east and can not reach their otherwise held territory.
Trust? They are treating wounded. You know like Doctors without Borders.

I don't understand the question here. Aren't all of the Muslim groups here anti-Israel? Doesn't that mean that the Zionists are giving medical aid to their enemies?

I meant how the Israel trust the rebels "Jihadists" whom deliver the woundeds to Israel borders and how they trust the rebels them-selfs ,when they had become ok " healthy" !!!

If a Syrian army soldier claimed to be a rebel, while in a Zionist hospital, how would the doctors know he was lying?

actuatly i pretty sure Israel army know the position of the rebels and Syrian Army inside Syria , so they recognizeed what they helping , i doubt the Zionists just stop in help them in medicals issues .

All these so-called "reports" are coming from Hezbollah, who isn't exactly known as being purveyors of truth. Your linked article to Haaretz states that Hezbollah will be releasing these documents. But this article is dated six months ago and no documents have been released.
Meanwhile we have facts and proof that Israel is healing people that need it. Even those these same people probably hate Israel, Israel is still doing it. That's humanitarian. However many or few that Israel manages to heal, it is still far more healing than any other Arab country is doing for their brethren.
